Your Source for Spray-On Liners, as well as Truck & SUV Accessories

WHAT IS IT?

Brooks truck bed liners are a sprayed-on polyurethane plastic, very similar to a roller-skate wheel.  Instead of pouring into a mold, we spray it onto your truck bed.  We use a high pressure, hot application process which produces an extremely durable coating that is dry to the touch in 3-5 seconds.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE A TRUCK SPRAYED?

Typically, a truck can be completed in 3 hours.  There is no need to leave the vehicle over night to cure.  The material is dry to the touch when you get it back.  We ask that you wait 24 hours before you start moving refrigerators.

IS IT WARRANTED?

Yes, against cracking, splitting, bubbling, de-lamination, etc., for as long as you own the truck.  If the liner does something it shouldn't, bring it back and we will take care of it.

It does not cover damage.  If the liner is damaged, it is repairable.

WHAT'S THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OVER OR UNDER THE RAIL?

There isn't one, we do it the way you want!

DO YOU SPRAY ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES PICK UP BEDS?

Other popular items that the coat are Utility Bodies, ATV beds, trailers, and many more. Give us a call for more info.

DO YOU DO UNDERCOATING WITH YOU'RE MATERIAL?

No.  Our material is not designed to use as undercoating, and there is too much liability.  We feel very comfortable spraying truck beds.

WHAT COLOR DOES IT COME IN?

Black.  Urethanes are inherently UV unstable, which leads to fading.  Black pigment has actually been shown to help stabilize the product.

WILL IT INTERFERE WITH ANY OF MY ACCESSORIES?

Generally, there are no conflicts with accessory installation.  However, there are some products that require a tight tolerance, and the liner may have to be thinned out.
